Eligibility: No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless she/he has passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics subjects or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject.

Please click on the link below to upload your Class 12 / II PUC Marks and NATA/JEE Paper 2 scores. This is mandatory without which the candidate cannot attend the seat selection process. The necessary documents should be provided at the counseling session without which the candidate will not be allowed to the counseling / seat selection process.
B.Arch counseling will be on August 4, 2022. Students are invited to the Counseling based on their NATA scores / JEE Paper 2 Scores.

Candidates who have appeared for only one session of NATA exam can enter only that score. Candidates who have appeared for both first and second session of NATA exam can enter both the scores, in which case we will consider the better of two scores.

COUNSELING PROCESS
Please carry the following items to the Counseling.
1. Two DDs in favour of PES UNIVERSITY GENERAL FUND payable at Bangalore:
  1. For Rs. 3,60,000/-
  2. For Rs. 10,000/- (No other payment options are accepted. For the registration process to be complete, candidate should produce both the DDs. Please understand, without the proper DD's, candidate will not be allowed to the seat selection arena. Partial payments are not accepted/allowed.)
2. Please bring the PESSAT application form
3. NATA score card/ JEE Paper 2 score card
4. 10+2 Marks Card (PUC) - (If original not available, provisional marks card with original signature of the college authority to be produced for verification)/ 10+3 marks card in case of a Diploma candidate
5. 10th Marks Card (SSLC)
6. Transfer Certificate/College Leaving Certificate (if applicable)
7. Migration Certificate (If other than PU Board) (if applicable)
8. Passport & Stamp Size Photos 6 Copies each
9. PAN card copy of the parent and candidate (to open a bank account, mandatory)
10. Aadhar card copy
11. It is mandatory for the candidate to be present in person at the prescribed reporting time. A candidate will be granted an exception to allow his guardian/parent to represent the candidate only in the case of, the candidate attending the CET Verification Process the same day/session. In such a case, please take prior approval by downloading the < Authorization Letter > and getting it stamped and signed by the authorities at PES University before the counseling day, in person. This has to be submitted with the proof document of the candidate attending the CET Verification Process.
Note: Original + 2 Sets of Self-Attested Photo copies should be provided in the above-mentioned order. Only candidate + 1 Parent / Guardian will be allowed for counseling / seat selection process.
TIMELINE
3 Step Counseling Process
Step 1. Registration Process (at the Registration arena) - Candidate should report at the prescribed reporting time to their counseling venue and complete the registration process. The registration process includes -
A: Verification of Govt ID of the candidate
B: Verification of DDs (Demand Drafts)
C: Verification of 12th std / 2nd PU marks
D: Verification of NATA scores/ JEE Paper 2 Scores
E: PESSAT registration form
Step 2. Counseling and Seat Selection (at the BE block) - Candidate will take the required seat based on the following options
Option A: Candidate will take the seat, submit DDs, all original documents, and complete the Admission Process.
Option B: Candidate will take the seat, submit DDs, self-attested copies of all originals with the understanding that the last date to submit the originals is August 26, baring which the seat will be forfeited. This will be the provisional Admission given to the student.
Option C: Reject the seat & choose to attend the second round of counseling. The second round of counseling, based on the surrendered seats, might be scheduled for August last week/ September.
Step 3. Documentation and Welcome Kit - After seat selection at the BE block and submission of DD's, candidates will move to complete the documentation process and to collect the welcome kit.
This process might take 3 or 4 hours to complete. The candidates are requested to be patient & complete the process on the same day.
